Sports Injury Rehab
At The Rehab Club, sports injury rehabilitation is focused on getting you back to your activity with confidence. You may feel nervous and anxious and don't know where to start. The only thing you are worried about is how quickly you can get back into your sport. We understand you.
With sports injury rehab your session will start by understanding your injury, how it happened, and what movements are limited or painful. We assess strength, control, and how your body is moving as a whole.
From there, we create a clear and structured plan. This includes simple exercises to rebuild a foundation including strength, motor control and muscle responsiveness. As you progress, we gradually increase the load and return you to sport-specific movements. Rugby League, Rugby Union, Netball, Crossfit, Weightlifting, Long distance running, Athletics. You name it - we can help!
We guide you through each stage so you know what to expect and when you are ready to move forward. You may need an x-ray, ultrasound or MRI scan. We can help refer you to these imaging services if needed.
The goal is to reduce pain, restore movement, and prepare your body for the demands of your sport, so you can return feeling strong and confident without setbacks.
The Rehab Club Method

1. Decrease Pain
Pain is a symptom we all feel either from injury, weakness or stiffness. Unfortunately we treat it as a stop button. But here at the Rehab Club we know Its a chemical signal that notifies change is needed. In each session we pin point the source and relieve discomfort through variety of manual therapy techniques (Massage, electrotherapy, dry needling).
3. Build Life-Long Strength
Strength ins't all about power, it's about stability and protection. We build strength that makes sense for the journey you're on. Elderly improving balance or young adult returning to rugby.
2. Restore Motion
Daily habits, work-postures, and too much sitting take a toll on your body, throwing off how you move and feel. With a combination of hands-on therapy and integrative exercises, we restore your body’s optimal alignment to improve joint health, mobility, and posture.

Our specialty sessions extend the traditional Rehab Club experience with targeted, expert-led care. Recommended by your clinician or selected to support your goals, these offerings - ranging from Running mechanics, bodybuilding advice, Sleep optimization, sport-specific performance, supplement planning - are designed to optimize movement and recovery.
