Post-Op Surgery Rehabilitation
Post-operative physiotherapy is an important part of recovery after surgery. After an operation, the body needs time and the right guidance to regain movement, strength, and control. Without structured rehabilitation, it is common to develop stiffness, weakness, and altered movement patterns that can slow recovery.
We work with you through each stage of your recovery in a clear and progressive way. This includes restoring comfortable movement, improving joint mobility, rebuilding strength, and helping you regain confidence in how your body moves. As your body adapts, exercises are progressed to match your stage of healing and the demands of your daily life.
