Posture & Movement Assessment
At The Rehab Club, a posture and movement assessment looks at how your body moves and where it may be under strain.
We start by watching how you stand, sit, and walk. We then guide you through simple movements such as bending, squatting, and reaching. This helps us see how your joints and muscles are working together.
We are not just looking at posture in a still position. We focus on how you move, where you may be compensating, and which areas are doing too much or too little work. From this, we explain what we find in a clear and simple way. You will understand what is contributing to your pain or discomfort.
We then give you a structured plan with simple exercises and advice that fits your daily life.
The goal is to help you move with more ease, reduce strain on your body, and build confidence in your movement.
The Rehab Club Method

1. Decrease Pain
Pain is a symptom we all feel either from injury, weakness or stiffness. Unfortunately we treat it as a stop button.
